The site, which was built in stages and is partially protected, is located in a thriving part of the city. With the relocation of the SRF radio and television station, the buildings will become vacant. The buildings will then be repurposed as schools and music teaching studios.
The studios and special rooms can be reused for similar activities or given new functions.
The main idea of the project is to return the building to its original state, the elements that make it up, in particular the lighting, will be restored as faithfully as possible.
