The new Begegnungshaus is intended to provide groups and community members with a building containing club rooms, an events hall, a foyer, and meeting spaces. A place to come together.
The lighting concept builds upon this theme by using direct light fixtures to replicate traditional theatre lighting. Some luminaires are concealed while others are celebrated as objects. The cloakroom spaces meet the requirements of theatre lighting and are realised with bespoke luminaires with tunable white.
The outdoor space consists of two squares that will be connected by ambient lighting using standard fixtures. This creates a space for outdoor meetings and community events.
